Ponderosa Trail Rd.
The Ponderosa Trail road is now so much better than it was before.
Now, if we could just get MJD property owner of the land on the corner of Ponderosa Trail and High Ridge to clean up his acres and make them more wildfire proof that would be very nice.
I have sent him a letter and photos of his land but he does nothing. Guess he is just an investor.
It is time to talk about that second emergency exit for Section 31. After thinking about it, I believe that if the property owners of Section 30 were approached they just might allow this type of emergency use only. Then, the exit would be via High Ridge, past Running Elk, almost to the Water Tank, turn left, turn right, drive up a rocky sort of road to a huge log jammed end, move logs, then drive over someone's property, turn right, turn left onto Lejo to Artist Draw.
